Dear Clients and Friends of Brightwood Animal Hospital,
In response to the current public health situation surrounding COVID-19 and for the health and safety of our staff, clients and community, we will be implementing the following protocols effective Wednesday March 18 at 12:00pm EST. Please be aware this is a fluid situation and as we adapt, we will update you with any changes via social media and email. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation—together we can!
For a scheduled appointment**—a technician will come out to get your pet for the appointment with the doctor. The doctor will be happy to either consult on the phone during the exam or perform the exam and then call you to discuss her findings. This is the only change to the quality care and service you normally receive here at Brightwood Animal Hospital.
For a scheduled surgery—the same procedure above applies. The technician will bring your check-in paperwork out with them for you to sign.
For grooming—please call upon arrival. The groomer will come out for your pet and will get any specific instructions for the groom from you at that time.
For food and medication refills—as usual, please make your request 5-7 business days before your supply runs out. We are asking that you provide payment over the phone at the time of request. We will notify you when ready for pickup—just call 440-350-0123 when you arrive and someone will bring your product out to you.
**If you have any questions or concerns regarding euthanasia please call us directly—we will do everything possible to assist you.
