Dr. Amy Adoryan joined Brightwood Animal Hospital as an associate veterinarian in August 2019. Prior to joining Brightwood she was a veterinarian at Banfield Pet Hospital and West Geauga Veterinary Hospital. During her tenure at West Geauga Dr. Adoryan earned her Fear Free Certification and utilizes low-stress handling techniques for pets in the veterinary hospital setting. Dr. Adoryan is a member in good standing in the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association and the Cleveland Academy of Veterinary Medicine. Her veterinary medical interests include preventive and wellness care, internal medicine and dermatology.
Dr. Adoryan graduated cum laude and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University in 2017. She graduated in the top 25% of her class and is a member of Phi Zeta Veterinary Honor Society. She is a 2012 summa cum laude graduate of Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and minors in mathematics and chemistry.
Outside interests of Dr. Adoryan include home renovations and spending time with her dog and husband.
