Karina Saiyad

Dr. Karina Saiyad grew up in St. Clair, Michigan where her love for animals and veterinary medicine began at a young age, inspired by her grandfather who was also a veterinarian. She earned her veterinary degree from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine and has experience in both emergency and general practice medicine.

Dr. Saiyad is passionate about providing compassionate and personalized care for every patient. She enjoys building strong relationships with pet owners, helping them feel comfortable asking questions, and working together to make the best decisions for their pets’ health. She is also passionate about mentorship, supporting veterinary teams, and creating a welcoming environment for both pets and people. Additionally, Dr. Saiyad has remained involved in education and research and has served in advocacy and outreach efforts.

Outside of work, Dr. Saiyad enjoys spending time with her husband and family traveling, hiking, exploring new places, and relaxing anywhere near the beach or mountains.
